相片估歲數得啖笑 　英國小公主1日長5歲？

微軟近日推出用照片猜測性別、年齡的「How old do I look」網站，掀起一股熱潮，網民紛紛上載不同人的相片作測試，在Facebook瘋狂洗版。

微軟在2015開發者大會中，介紹這個新網站，使用人臉辨識系統（API）估算相中人的性別和年齡。用戶可以使用網頁資料庫內的照片，或上傳本人容量小於3MB的照片，不論獨照或合照，短短幾秒就可以測出相中人年紀。

不過，系統準確度似乎有待改善，小編上載數張名人照片作測試，結果......

近期拍「聖羅蘭」廣告、獲網民大讚的演員羅蘭，以80歲之齡測出48歲，羅蘭姐長得年輕、風采依然，小編還可勉強接受；但怎麼也接受不了84歲的夏蕙bb，和剛出生不足一天的英國小公主年紀，竟然只差一歲，分別是6歲和5歲，結果令人爆笑。

fb上玩得過癮，但醒目的外國網民隨即揭發，「How old do I look」網站雖有「P.S. We don't keep the photo」字句，表明不會保存相片，但使用條款（Terms of Use）中卻有提到當用戶上載、提供照片，等於同意微軟使用該照片作互聯網商業用途，包括複製、分發、傳送、公開展示、編輯、翻譯及重訂格式等，而且不受限制。

by posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting your Submission, you are granting Microsoft, its affiliated companies, and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses

微軟之後在官方部落格和回覆媒體Mashable澄清，不會儲存和分享照片，只會用照片去猜測相中人的年齡和性別，過後相片會被消毀，指條款聲明是行業慣用：

We've had some questions so we updated this post to be more clear. To answer the top one: No we don't store photos, we don't share them and we only use them to guess your age and gender.

The photos are discarded from memory once we guess. While the terms of service very common in our industry, and similar to most other online services, we have chosen not to store or use the photos in any way other than to temporarily process them to guess your age. 

但即使微軟如此說法，但網站條文卻寫得清清楚楚，有關照片的相片權，是否仍然已落在微軟手上，今日不用？日後又如何？
